E. G. Scribe enjoys fun fonts and writing. E. G. has been writing stories since they could write words. E. G.’s spelling and penmanship have improved significantly since those days.
E. G. loves a good story but is also very particular and can’t always find the right type of story that tickles their fancy. From an early age they have been seeking to fill certain gaps in literature that they found while browsing the shelves of their local libraries. E. G. noticed a lack of content for tweens–stories that weren’t too long or too short, not too difficult to read but providing just enough challenge, and with content and stakes that matched their level of interest. E. G. also noted there were never enough magical stories out there. and in particular they noted that the queer community is sorely underrepresented.
E. G. sought to fix this, and started with writing the stories they always wanted to read. Talking dogs, magic broomsticks, gay teens falling in love. E. G. hopes to fill the gaps in those bookshelves, for all the kids like them browsing the quiet corners of the library looking for the book that is just right. E. G.’s goal is to one day have their books on the library shelves for readers to stumble upon, check out, and bring home. Books that will delight, that will be cherished, and that will return to the library shelf to be found and read by another reader, and another, and another. (Support your local libraries, folks!)
E. G. is not a cat, but has two cats at home who impose themselves upon E. G. as their self-appointed muses. E. G. has no say in this matter. However, the cats are loved and fed very well, despite what they may try to tell you. When not writing, E. G. enjoys cooking, baking, enjoying nature, and of course reading.

Again, E. G. is not a cat
